The Purchase Order (PO) Manager is a tool that allows you to keep lists of titles without adding them directly to your cart. You can then route these lists to approvers or add them to your cart at a later date.

And as an alternative, you can add titles directly to your cart and then click "Download to Excel." From there, you can edit and share the list as you would with a PO (minus some of the bells and whistles!)
