Welcome the BOOKS ON TAPE^® PO Manager

B-O-T has partnered with WishList.com to bring you this new, one-of-a-kind service, to help you maintain and manage purchase orders right from our website. This new service will allow you to create PO's of your liking which can then be forwarded to others for approval.

Please read the steps below to get started.

1. Create a PO Account. To create a PO account, click here or wait until you add your first item to a PO. To open a PO account you will have to create a username and password.



2. Make a New PO. Once you have created an account, enter the number, title, and description for each PO you create. Add as many approvers as you would like.



3. Search and Select. Find the titles that you would like to have approved and add each one of them to your PO manager. While doing so, you will have the option to add each title to a new or existing PO.



4. Route for Approval. Send your PO to everyone who needs to approve it. You have the option to e-mail approvers in the order of your choice or to send an e-mail to one approver at a time. Depending on how you setup your PO, approvers can either accept or decline an item or the entire PO. Approvers can also leave comments to further explain their decisions.



5. Place Your Order. Add the approved titles from your PO to our shopping cart and follow the usual CHECKOUT process.
