DISCOUNTS: All schools will receive 10% off invoiced list price on audiobook purchases. Terms of Sale herein apply to BOOKS ON TAPE®, BOOK ON CD®, Listening Library® and all other products purchased from Books on Tape. HOW TO ORDER: To place an order, please visit our homepage and select titles from any of our New Titles or most popular audiobooks. You can also use our Quick Search box at the top of every page to find titles that you are interested in ordering. REPLACEMENTS: We offer all school customers lifetime replacement of broken cassettes, CDs, binders and inserts from published Books on Tape or Listening Library product. DELIVERY & HANDLING: All school orders will be charged 6% of the net order value. CREDIT: Shipments will be made to all accounts in good credit standing, as determined by the Random House Credit Department. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment due 30 days from EOM RETURN POLICY: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, product is fully returnable within 90 days of date of receipt for credit at the price and discount at which the product was purchased. Full copy returns are required for credit. Returns should be mailed to our Returns Mailing Address. |
